Daniel Gardner is a seasoned construction professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in retail remodeling with a strong focus on grocery store renovations. Throughout his career, Daniel has built a reputation for stepping into challenging environments and successfully navigating complex projects, turning difficult situations into opportunities for growth and results.

He began his career as a foreman and steadily advanced through the ranks, serving as a superintendent, general superintendent, and field operations manager. These roles allowed him to develop deep expertise in project execution, team leadership, and managing large-scale operations from the ground up.

Today, Daniel serves as the CEO of CMC, where he leads with a faith-driven mindset and a strong commitment to family and purpose. His passion lies in building strong teams, mentoring others, and leading with integrity while delivering excellence in every project.

Mason Mohon serves as the Operations Officer, where he oversees project coordination, field operations, and client communication across a variety of commercial construction projects nationwide. In this role, he works closely with Daniel Gardner, Owner of CMC, to support company operations and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Mason is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where he earned a degree in Business Management and Administration. He began his career working on ground-up construction projects for Family Dollar and Dollar Tree locations throughout the Southeast, gaining valuable experience in commercial building and project coordination.

Bryce Mohon serves as a Project Manager, where he assists with project coordination, field operations, and client communication across a variety of residential construction and renovation projects. In this role, he works closely with the residential team while also collaborating alongside the commercial team and company leadership to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Bryce is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where he earned a degree in Business Management. His education provides a strong foundation for managing project timelines, coordinating contractors, and maintaining clear communication throughout each phase of construction.

Aiden Gardner is a construction professional with three years of hands-on experience in commercial remodeling. He has worked on projects from start to finish, gaining valuable knowledge in every phase of the process. Aiden specializes in construction final cleaning and has developed strong skills in managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Growing up around the industry, Aiden was heavily influenced by his father, a construction professional with over 20 years of experience. That mentorship helped shape his strong work ethic and passion for the trade. Today, Aiden takes pride in being part of a family-owned business where integrity, craftsmanship, and reliability are at the center of every project.
